We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences. As a Founding Product Designer, you'll shape our product, ensuring it’s engaging, user-friendly and cutting-edge.

Key responsibilities include 

• End-to-end Design Ownership: You will research solutions, ideate with the engineering team, and turn them interactive prototypes to engage with users 

• Stakeholder Management: You’ll work closely with engineers, lawyers and all parts of a law form. You will be pivotal in bridging the gap from concept to launch.

• Curious: You thrive on learning new things, and is comfortable in not knowing all the answers. You're excited by understanding complex processes and putting yourself in the shoes of different users within different law firms  

• Collaborative: You actively seek feedback, facilitate design discussions, and ensure smooth collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Self-starter: You don’t wait for directions – you proactively take ownership of projects, from concept to delivery. You value feedback and iterate to improve your designs while keeping the end goal in mind.

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in product design, specifically in UI/UX.

• Experience working in a legal tech is a strong advantage.

• Proven track record of designing user-friendly interfaces for complex applications.
