The Role:

At Leya, we care deeply about building the optimal team, company and product. As our founding talent acquisition specialist, you will be the central driving force in scaling our team with incredible talent. Working cross-functionally with every part of our organization to recruit talent in everything from tech to GTM and legal across all geographies. 

You will 

• Make sure Leya hires the right people for the right role.

• Run world-class recruiting processes for Recruiting managers and candidates. 

• Overseeing candidates within your pipeline through every life cycle stage.

• Effectively source and build a passive pipeline to ensure our time-to-fill target.  

• Act as the first point of contact in the candidate journey, providing exceptional end to end candidate experience

• Be heavily involved the onboarding process of all candidates

• Make international hires

• Be challenged and grow very quickly 

Who you are

• 5 plus years of Tech Recruiting and Talent Acquisition experience 

• Deep technical knowledge and curiosity to learn more

• You are a team player and are ready to jump in when needed.

• You consider yourself calm, helpful, and can be creative in stressful situations.

• You are passionate about building strong relationships with the broader Leya team.

• You are autonomous, although constantly working in a team we believe in self leadership and ownership! You value feedback, take initiative without needing direction, and focus on outcomes. 

• You are entrepreneurial, Leya is an ambitious start-up. Things move fast, tasks and challenges may be demanding, and responsibilities may change over time. But you’ll get to work with a team of brilliant and dedicated people that are all working to solve difficult problems and really change how legal work is done.
