The role:

In this role, you'll architect and implement key integrations core to the user experience and Leya product. You will work on and build file uploads, 2-way file syncing, document parsing with OCR and getting all data ready for our AI use cases. Working together with a top-tier team of engineers serving thousands of users you'll own these integrations, balancing speed, security, and code quality to build the backend functionality of our data foundation.

What you will be doing:

• Architect and implement features and improvements across our backend systems, file uploads and processing and integrations with file management platforms

• Take ownership of our product backends and integration systems, balancing high-quality code, security and speed of development

• Work with some of the latest technologies and some of the smartest engineers in the industry

• Helping break down tasks and ensure their effective execution

• Be challenged and grow very quickly as a developer

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of building backend systems

• Nodejs and Python

• Experience building API-based integrations into systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, Zapier, Sharepoint, iManage, Google Drive etc

• Postgres

Additional experience that’s a plus:

• ORM-systems like Drizzle, Prisma

• Experience with IPaaS’ like Paragon, Integration.dev, Airbyte etc

• GraphQL

• Elasticsearch

• Kubernetes
