The role:
As Enterprise Account Manager, you will develop relationships with international clients, driving adoption, ensuring our AI platform delivers exceptional value and help define the future ways of working at leading law firms and enterprises. You’ll work strategically as a trusted advisor to our clients on how Leya’s tools can elevate their work and improve efficiency.
At Leya, your contributions will directly influence our strategy, as well as our product development. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-growing startup & team where your ideas and efforts will make a tangible difference for our clients, company and the legal industry as a whole.
What you will be doing:
Strategic Implementation: Lead the seamless integration of Leya into client workflows, ensuring optimal adoption and utilization of our AI solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Address pain points with tailored solutions, deliver measurable value, and drive ARR expansion.
Training & Enablement: Deliver engaging training sessions and presentations to elevate client AI knowledge and maximize engagement with Leya’s platform for daily tasks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure our platform aligns with client needs.
Contribute to the refinement of our implementation, customer success and account management strategies and processes, documenting best practices to scale effectively.
Advocacy and Engagement: Advocate for user engagement, foster champions within client organizations, and maintain readiness for renewals and expansions.
Travel: Regularly visit clients internationally to strengthen relationships and ensure success.
Who you are:
Experienced professionals with a background in Enterprise SaaS, legal or top tier management consulting firms and direct experience managing large-scale technology projects.
Stakeholder Management Expert: Skilled in managing complex products, engaging stakeholders at all levels—from executives to daily users—and translating technical concepts into accessible language.
Deep passion for AI and its transformative potential in knowledge work, particularly in empowering legal professionals to work more effectively and efficiently.
