We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences. As a Founding Product Designer, you'll shape our product, ensuring it’s engaging, user-friendly and cutting-edge.

What you will be doing

End-to-end Design Ownership: You will research solutions, ideate with the engineering team, and turn them interactive prototypes to engage with users

Stakeholder Management: You’ll work closely with engineers, lawyers and all parts of a law firm. You will be pivotal in bridging the gap from concept to launch.

Collaborate: Be the organisations go-to-person for all design related topics

• Design Expert: Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to create intuitive, visually engaging designs that solve real user problems.
• Curious: You thrive on learning new things, and is comfortable in not knowing all the answers. You're excited by understanding complex processes and putting yourself in the shoes of different users within different law firms
  
• Collaborative: You actively seek feedback, facilitate design discussions, and ensure smooth collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  
• Self-starter: You don’t wait for directions – you proactively take ownership of projects, from concept to delivery. You value feedback and iterate to improve your designs while keeping the end goal in mind.
