The role
We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join our growing product team.
The role of Product Operations is to ensure that existing products are working as intended, and that new products are developed and released as fast and seamlessly as possible. All in close collaboration with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
What you will be doing:
- Improve and facilitate communication around Product development both internally and to extern customers and stakeholders

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities on how we can improve the product.

Define updates and improvements in product specs in partnership with product and engineering

Identify opportunities to automate, optimize, and refine product processes to help Leya scale operationally

Ensure that product releases are flawless through planning, collaboration, and execution

Achieve fast resolution of product bugs and issues by aiding in the tools and processes for incident identification and resolution

Manage the product technology stack for everything around reporting, issuing, roadmaps, etc.
Who you are
- Must have experience working with B2B SaaS products and collaborating with large enterprise clients.
- Background in roles such as Customer Success, Release/Implementation Management, Product Management, or other Operations-focused positions.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in SQL and a knack for understanding complex systems.
- Passion for data analysis and familiar in working with tools like Looker, PostHog, MixPanel, Hex, and Excel to uncover insights and drive decisions.
- Preferably, a background in engineering or a similar technical or highly analytical field.
